My focus is client-driven small and mid-size business support with the primary goal of reducing the amount to time my clients spend on bookkeeping and general operations tasks that helps them achieve a better work-life balance.

What began, in 1998, as me helping out few friends with setting up their books and designing their websites and business cards, blossomed into a full-time endeavor. Since 2002, I've been providing quality custom services tailored to the needs of small and mid-size businesses—whether it's for a special project or everyday tasks when hiring a new employee is not an option.

My 20 years of experience providing quality services spans a variety of industries including: travel, telecommunications, education, bus & truck service, retail, recreation, bed and breakfasts as well as with artists and specialized instructors; in both for-profit & non-profit settings.

Though the core of my experience has been in bookkeeping and human resources, having worked in management, administration, sales and customer service, I have a well-rounded understanding of the business functions. I have created and implemented accounting, human resources, and operational policies and procedures; helped established company brand; and managed various teams. I’ve guided many clients through audits, financing, and growing pains.
